Key Responsibilities:
IT Accounts Management including:
• Effectively manage client expectations by understanding their staffing & hiring needs.
• Establish regular and effective communication with clients for updates on ongoing recruitment processes, candidate shortlisting, and other relevant information.
• Be responsive to client inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and commitment.
• Communicate realistic timelines for position closures and ensure alignment between client expectations and team capabilities.
• Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges faced by clients during the recruitment process and address by working towards a resolution & inform KCS leadership about these issues or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to resolve concerns related to candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offers and joinings.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts.
• Cross-sell services to other client SPOCs with the core recruitment & Staffing offerings, maximizing the value delivered to clients.
• Explore upselling opportunities by offering additional services to existing clients. Closures & Targets • Collaborate with the leadership team to set realistic targets aligned with business objectives.
• Break down targets into achievable milestones and communicate them to the team.
• Meet and exceed individual targets for closing client positions along with enabling the team to achieve their targets.
• Implement effective strategies to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Anticipate client needs by proactively sourcing and screening candidates, reducing time-to-close.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high joining ratio and timely delivery of candidates to clients.
• Monitor and analyze the success rate of position closures, identifying areas for improvement. Team Management
• Lead and motivate the recruitment team to achieve collective goals.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members for continuous improvement.
• Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed. Market Analysis
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential clients, emerging sectors, and opportunities for business growth.
• Utilize market insights to make informed decisions in client acquisition and service delivery. Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, position details, and team performance
