Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality candidates for a wide range of roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Coordinate with candidates and interviewers to ensure a seamless interview process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular updates and reports on hiring status and metrics.
- Assist in employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum [2–10] years of recruitment experience in both IT and Non-IT domains.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (e.g., Developers, Project Managers, Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency or fast-paced in-house hiring environment.
- Familiarity with hiring for startups and enterprise clients.
