Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter – IT & Non-IT

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality candidates for a wide range of roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Coordinate with candidates and interviewers to ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates and reports on hiring status and metrics.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum [2–10] years of recruitment experience in both IT and Non-IT domains.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (e.g., Developers, Project Managers, Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.
  • Prior experience in a recruitment agency or fast-paced in-house hiring environment.
  • Familiarity with hiring for startups and enterprise clients.
