Position: Business Development Executive – Recruitment & Staffing

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment & staffing domain.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and long-term business.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team for successful delivery.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Keep updated with market hiring trends across multiple sectors, including IT, Manufacturing, FinTech, HealthTech, Construction, Pharma, BFSI, and others.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in business development within the recruitment & staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, hiring trends, and staffing solutions, needs and demand of different Industries.
- Good knowledge of market hiring trends and ability to conduct effective market research.
- Familiarity with multiple industry sectors such as IT, Manufacturing, FinTech, HealthTech, Construction, Pharma, BFSI, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Learning and growing attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Any Graduate, HR, or a related field.
